Degust , the intimate restaurant in Spring Branch, will offer a seven-course tasting menu from chef Rico Mackins built around a theme of dishes that promote luck, prosperity, and health. Menu items include Prosecco Jell-O Mold and porcelet crown roast with black eyed peas, greens, duck fat potatoes and truffle jus. Seatings occur at 6 and 8: 30 pm, $200.

Gratify within Rice Village is serving a four-course, $100 menu that includes a glass of champagne. Choices include shrimp cocktail, crab cake, French onion soup, filet mignon, Dover sole, sides, and dessert.
